The integral rice |
Integral rice contains a quite important quantity of unbleached fibre that helps our metabolism. Then, mineral salts and proteins are most present than in other kind of rice. Integral rice is done by the decortication of unhusked rice. Through rubbing processes the most external membrane that wraps grain is removed. After this operation rice is brown and is still wrapped from fat cellular membranes.
