The italian rice exporter Riseria Martinotti dates back to 1896 and still operates in Trino Vercellese where the mill continues to set the standard in local rice processing. The company has evolved in parallel with the evolution of agriculture and rice export market. New technology have been adopted by the mill without breaking with certain basic requirements such as the care and attention of the farmer in supervising water levels and the growth of the young rice plants. This is combined with a recent return to earlier methods to meet consumer demands for biologically cultivated rice that is selected with the same care that distinguishes all processes at the Riseria Martinotti, comprising time-honoured know-how and complimentary skills that are an assurance of product quality for a rice wholesaler.
We produce all our italian rice, we sell it and we export it because we are also rice exporters.
