Rice is done in about 90% of starchy substance, in 7-8% of proteins, 0,4-0,6 of lipids, of 0,4-0,5% of unbleached fibre, of 0,3-0,6% of mineral salt, and it's recognized as a complete food that brings calories.

Proteins contained in Rice are, among the cereals, the most assimilable. After them there are maize, oats and rye at the same level, and then barley, wheat and sorghum.
